It's been a miserable Premiership campaign for Dungannon Swifts but the opening round of the Irish Cup brought some much-needed cheer for Dean Shiels' side. Elsewhere, 2019 winners Crusaders ended Coleraine's interest in this year's competition thanks to Paul Heatley's wonder strike, while Ballymena United cruised past Portadown in the other all-Premiership tussle. There were no shocks in the other ties as Linfield, Cliftonville, Carrick Rangers and Warrenpoint Town all saw off lower-division opposition. It's back to Premiership action this weekend with the first round of post-split fixtures, which start with live stream coverage of Dungannon Swifts v Carrick Rangers on Friday night. Then there's a five-match programme on Saturday with the small matter of second-placed Glentoran's meeting with leaders Linfield.
