The officer, who was driving a police vehicle, was shot three times and is nursing injuries at the Isiolo Referral Hospital. CAR ABANDONEDIsiolo County Commissioner Herman Shambi said the senior officer, who rushed his injured colleague to hospital, on returning back to the scene with reinforcement, found the vehicle abandoned after the gang fled. Our officers immediately informed the Meru security team and one of the boda boda riders who reportedly ferried the bhang was shot dead,” said Mr Shambi.
