A woman who was raped or a young girl impregnated by her relative has no right to abort the unborn and must learn to live with the consequences of being a victim, according to Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso. The Aksyon Demokratiko standard-bearer took a hard-line position against abortion during an interview aired on ABS-CBN platforms on Thursday night, saying he was against it even under extreme circumstances involving sexual abuse or incest.
