Israel says its decision on Morocco’s claim over the Western Sahara to be made at forum delayed by North African nation. The forum’s goal is to enhance cooperation among Bahrain, Egypt, Israel, Morocco, the United Arab Emirates and the US. As part of the agreement, then-US President Donald Trump agreed to recognise Morocco’s sovereignty over the Western Sahara. Dan will support U.S. efforts to advance a more peaceful and interconnected region, deepen and broaden the Abraham Accords, and build the Negev Forum. But Morocco, citing Israel’s actions against Palestinians, last month postponed the Negev Forum.
