The JBC said interested applicants must file their applications or recommendations, along with all the documentary requirements, until September 3. “The qualification of applicants shall be reckoned from the said deadline for filing of applications,” he added. While, those who have retired were Justice Normandie Pizarro who retired last February 7; Justice Carmelita Manahan, March 21; Justice Edward Contreras, July 9; and Justice Sesinando Villon, July 16.
