JK Rowling has returned to Twitter for the first time since her bombshell statement. After she came under fire following comments about transgender people, the 54-year-old opened up about her own experiences of domestic abuse and sexual assault. JK shared it, adding: "Violet, you aren't really, really only seven, are you? Sharing the pictures, JK wrote: "Sofia, these are STUNNING! Before today, JK hadn't tweeted since June 10, when she shared a link to her website and a post entitled "JK Rowling writes about her reasons for speaking out on sex and gender issues".
