Chandrababu Naidu on the road.”It has directed Kurnool Collector S. Satyanarayana and Returning Officer for the Nandyal by-election Prasanna Venkatesh to forward a report. Cases bookedThe EC had sought a report on the remark by the Leader of the Opposition in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly, Mr. Satyanarayana told The Hindu on Saturday. Mr. Venkatesh said that on the EC’s directions, he had served a show-cause notice on Mr. Reddy, asking him for an explanation within 48 hours. The Nandyal III Town police, meanwhile, have registered a case against Mr. Reddy on the charge of violating the model code of conduct.
