Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr Shafiqur Rahman has said his party wants to move the country forward on the basis of justice and fairness, without engaging in conflict or division. “We want to take the country forward based on justice and equity. We do not want to engage in hostilities over the past any longer, nor do we want to divide the nation. I dream about this area just as I dream about the entire country,” Shafiqur said. “Since I will be contesting the election from here, I have specific dreams for this constituency.”
