Jamie Carragher offered a light hearted dig at Gary Lineker's podcast after the former Match of the Day presenter recently secured a lucrative Netflix deal. The Daily Mail exclusively revealed in November that Lineker had agreed 'an extraordinarily lucrative' deal with the streaming service. The deal will see Lineker host his The Rest Is Football podcast for the platform during next summer's World Cup. Reports last month claimed Lineker's production company Goalhanger could make £14m from the deal, working out at more than £2m a week. ‘The Netflix deal for the podcast that no-one listens to.
