According to Syed Riaz Uddin, Executive Engineer of the Jamuna Bridge Site Office, 46,278 vehicles crossed the bridge during this period. Of these, 16,222 vehicles were heading toward North Bengal, contributing a toll collection of Taka 1 crore 43 lakh 10 thousand 800. Meanwhile, 30,056 vehicles traveling toward Dhaka brought in a toll of Taka 1 crore 98 lakh 43 thousand 100. The vehicles are passing through a total of 18 toll booths, with 9 booths operating on each side of the bridge. The bridge authority has been working to ensure uninterrupted operations, with the toll booths remaining open around the clock to accommodate the growing number of commuters.
