Johnny Depp told a group of children he had eaten the tip of his own finger in a shocking unearthed interview. He was asked by one of the children: "What happened to your finger?" Depp claimed he had broken his sobriety by downing a shot of vodka, which then prompted Heard to throw the bottle at him. However, Heard claimed that Depp was high when he injured his finger by smashing a plastic phone against a wall. After hearing all of the evidence, a judge at London's High Court found that Depp had beat Heard on 12 occasions.
