Gareth Southgate has warned vice-captain Jordan Henderson he will not accept a repeat of Sunday's penalty farce after captain Marcus Rashford secured victory over Romania in England’s final Euros warm-up friendly. Rashford, leading his country for the first time, scored from the spot but later Henderson missed a second penalty. And Southgate has revealed Henderson wasn’t supposed to take the penalty. Southgate said: ‘I would not be able to explain the situation about the penalty, Marcus and James were the two nominated at the start and they both came off. Southgate confirmed on Saturday that the players will continue the gesture in face of the dissenters.
