Manchester United legend Scholes claimed Mourinho was "embarrassing the club" ahead of the Champions League clash with Valencia on Tuesday night. Mourinho has previously responded to comments from Scholes, when he made forthright comments about Paul Pogba in January. The boss remarked the "the only thing Paul Scholes does is to criticise" and suggested "it's not Paul's fault that he made much more money than Paul Scholes". Scholes said on BT Sport: "I'm actually slightly surprised he survived after Saturday, the performance was so bad. "And I'm not pleased of course with the result which is not a good result but is not a bad result.
