Journalist Courtney Subramanian has joined Los Angeles Times’ White House team this week as a correspondent. The daughter of an Indian father and American mother, Subramanian has covered major news across four continents. She most recently served as the White House correspondent for USA Today. There she chronicled then-President Trump’s two impeachment trials, the 2020 presidential campaign and President Biden’s first year in office. Before joining USA Today, Subramanian served as a reporter, editor and producer for the BBC and Time magazine.
