Judge Andrew Napolitano believes that a probe by Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C. , will re-evaluate the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) and its “potential for abuse,” eventually leading to major changes on the heels of the Mueller report. “He’s going to look into how did all this start. Yes, like FISA,” Napolitano told co-host Sandra Smith. “And I think he’s not going to be surprised by what he finds. You cannot say that about the other side of the story,” Graham told reporters Monday.
