A federal judge has dismissed actor Blake Lively's sexual harassment claims in her lawsuit against actor and director Justin Baldoni, significantly narrowing her case over the filming of their 2024 romantic drama It Ends With Us. Lively has sued Baldoni and others, alleging harassment and a co-ordinated effort to attack her reputation. Baldoni’s lawyers said they were pleased with the dismissal of the sexual harassment claims against Baldoni and the other listed defendants, including Wayfarer chief executive Jamey Heath. Lively sued Baldoni in 2024Lively's case has been closely followed in Hollywood. In December, Liman set a May 18 trial date, pending his decision on whether to let Lively's case go forward.
