Sullivan also ordered the Flynn team to turn over the documents backing up its assertions. They are often critical pieces of evidence in false statements cases where, as in the Flynn case, the FBI typically does not audio- or video-record interviews. Flynn "clearly saw the FBI agents as allies," according to the 302 prepared by Strzok and another agent.
