De Blasio visited Staten Island on Friday, where community volunteers came together to paint a second Black Lives Matter mural on the street near the 120th Precinct. The phrase 'Black Lives Matter' was painted across Greenwood Avenue in bright yellow letters. 'Our charge is to create a more equitable society for all of us, because all lives can’t matter unless BLACK lives matter!'
