Building services provider Analogue (1977), controled by the Secretary for Justice, Teresa Cheng Yeuk-wah's husband Otto Poon Lok-to, said its US subsidiary sold a 2 percent stake in New York-based vertical transportation service provider Transel Elevator & Electric for US$1.4 million (HK$10.92 million) due to Sino-US tensions. This came after The US on Friday sanctioned 11 officials, including Teresa Cheng, over their role in imposing the security law.
