KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 19): The FBM KLCI reversed its earlier gains and fell at the midday break today, weighed by Petronas-linked counters as well as telecommunication stocks. The top losers included Time Dotcom Bhd, Petronas Gas Bhd, Genting Plantations Bhd, Hong Leong Financial Group Bhd, Press Metal Bhd, Telekom Malaysia Bhd, DiGi.Com Bhd and Maxis Bhd. The actives included Hiap Teck Ventures Bhd, LB Aluminium Bhd, Borneo Oil Bhd, Eversendai Corp Bhd, JAG Bhd and AirAsia Bhd. The top gainers included Dutch Lady Milk Industries Bhd, Aeon Credit Services (M) Bhd, DKSH Holdings (M) Bhd, Pos Malaysia Bhd, British American Tobacco (M) Bhd, Heineken Malaysia Bhd, KESM Industries Bhd and Malaysia Smelting Corp Bhd. It said the technical picture of the FBM KLCI is looking un-compelling at this juncture, as it has broken down from several key support trend lines.
