THE Kano State Road and Traffic Agency (KAROTA) has said that sequel to a Kano State High Court ruling on Tuesday, the agency has vowed to arrest and prosecute anyone found operating a tricycle without the tracking device earlier introduced by the agency. The agency during the hearing of the case proved that what it provided Abdullahi and others was indeed a tracking device and not a sticker as he claimed. He called on all tricycle operators and other commercial vehicle operators concerned to comply with the KAROTA law and ensure their vehicles are fully captured, failure to do so will lead to arrest and prosecution.
