Recalling the Pahalgam terror attack, PCC chief Qarra said: “Security was in place in Pahalgam, but was withdrawn and you had that incident. Qarra said their escorts were withdrawn for deployment in states facing elections, wondering why Kashmiri MLAs alone were targeted.
