Two militants ransacked the house of an SP in Kulgam this evening. The militants barged into the house of Mohd Ayub Mattoo, father of SP (Operations), Bandipora, Dawood Mattoo, under Khudwani area in Kulgam. This report comes after a militant was shot dead at Chadoora in Budgam district during an encounter. This comes just days after two Hizb-ul-Mujahideen militants were killed in an encounter in south Kashmir's Pulwama district.
