Kate Ferdinand has dedicated a sweet message to her husband Rio as she thanked him for 'loving her as she is' with an album of snaps shared to Instagram on Monday. Alongside her post, she penned: 'My love ❤️ I’m not sure what I would do without you. Kate recently admitted she had been struggling with their move to Dubai and broke down in tears as she admitted she's 'missing her family'. Opening up about their decision to move in March's edition of Men’s Health UK, Rio said: 'I look at it like an adventure. If I'm struggling, I'll go outside and go for a walk, I'll talk to people.'
