The days of urging businesses and people to migrate south are officially over, or they should be. We’re becoming overpopulated so quickly here that resources are strained, traffic is jammed and people are getting grumpy. Energy officials recently warned that South Carolina’s power grid is overburdened, and brownouts are likely in our not-distant future. State Sen.
