Christine Blasey Ford, who testified Thursday about an alleged sexual assault by Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, came under scrutiny over her fear of flying after it emerged she is a regular jetsetter. Ford says Kavanaugh assaulted her at a high school party in 1982, and testified about the alleged incident at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing. “In fact, you fly fairly frequently for your hobbies, and you’ve had to fly for your work is that true? “Correct, unfortunately,” she said, adding that she wouldn’t be able to make it to Australia, where her company’s headquarters are located.
