Steve Baltin: It’s rare for a city to get the NHL and NBA All-Star Games in successive years. So what did you take from the NHL All-Star Game last year you are applying to the NBA game this year? Lee Zeidman: The first thing is this is not the first NBA All-Star game as you know. And the addition of the concerts and the additions of the parties downtown, our 19 restaurants, including all the restaurants in Downtown Los Angeles, make this a total Downtown Los Angeles event.
