The suspects, who are in primary and secondary schools within the county, were arrested by police in a club on Sunday evening. Some of the school children charged in a Homa Bay court after they were found drinking alcohol in a bar. The court was told the minors, both boys and girls, were found in need of care and protection because they were drinking beer on October 30. Homa Bay OCPD Esau Ochorokodi said they arrested the manager of the club where the minors are said to have been drinking the alcohol.
