"The teacher escorted me to his office after he found that I had not finished my homework. The mother told the court that her daughter came home on July 19 2013 and appeared scared. When I enquired what had happened, the friend told her 'si sueme'. The doctor in his testimony told the court that the minor accompanied by the mother came to the hospital on July 20 2013.
