Former ICT Cabinet Secretary Joe Mucheru believes Kenyans will one day celebrate retired President Uhuru Kenyatta for his commitment to transforming the country. Mucheru said Uhuru was dedicated to changing the lives of Kenyans even as people insulted or said nasty things about him. “Kenyans will celebrate him one day when they realise how much he was committed to the country,” the former CS said. Speaking during an interview that was aired by Citizen TV on Saturday night, Mucheru said Uhuru worked day and night, contrary to reports that he was always enjoying his favourite drink. In the interview nonetheless, Mucheru maintained that the retired President was a man who was committed to his objectives.
