Kenya on Thursday recorded 650 new cases of Covid-19, raising the country's total to 28,754, Health CAS Mercy Mwangangi has confirmed. This brings the country's cumulative total tests to 375,859. Speaking during the daily Covid-19 briefing, Mwangangi said in terms of gender, 391 were male and 259 were female. However, four more patients succumbed to the virus, raising fatalities in the country to 460. As the 154th day since the pandemic struck the country, Mwangangi noted that the diagnostic capacity has been standardized and scaled up.
