The Faithful County increased their lead to six within five minutes of the restart, with points from Brian Duignan and Cahill (free), and Kerry looked in trouble. Shane Conway then scored a magical point, Brandon Barrett added another and Conway was on target again from long distance to close the gap to the minimum. Kerry sensed victory and Shane Nolan levelled it in the 63rd minute before the home side drove on with points from Jordan and Shane Conway as well as Barrett.
