MANILA, Philippines – Facing a Senate panel for the first time, suspected drug lord Rolan "Kerwin" Espinosa denied that he has a ledger that supposedly contains the names of his drug protectors. “Wala akong blue book,” Espinosa maintained on Wednesday at the inquiry of the Senate Committee on Public Order and Dangerous Drugs. Espenido said that aside from the blue book, Mayor Espinosa also had a separate “pink book.”Mayor Espinosa was killed by police at the Baybay Sub-provincial Jail earlier this month.
