Khalistan militant Harminder Singh Mintoo tells Delhi police he has 2 ISI handlers


Khalistan Liberation Force chief Harminder Singh Mintoo who was caught by the Delhi police after his escape from Nabha jail has reportedly told the Delhi police that he received instructions from ISI, the Pakistan spy agency. As per The Hindustan Times, the 49-year-old militant also revealed the names of the two alleged ISI handlers. Mintoo reportedly told his handlers about the escape plan following which he was given Rs 25,000 through a common contact. Police is yet to verify his claims about having ISI handlers to make sure he is not misleading them. "Mintoo was in touch with associates of terror groups in Pakistan," Punjab Director General of Police Suresh Arora.
