Kiambu - A 16-year-old girl has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for the murder of her 20-month-old cousin. The 16-year-old girl will serve two years at a borstal institution before being taken to Lang'ata Women's Prison. Nation reported that the prosecution said the deceased was suffocated to death and then thrown into an underground water tank. The juvenile confessed to having committed the murder of her three siblings on diverse dates between February and July 2021.
