Three Kiambu MPs have welcomed the resignation of IEBC commissioners, but said those to replace them should not be nominees of political parties because "it will cause anarchy." Ferdinand Waititu ( Kabete), Jude Jomo (Kiambu) and Njoroge Baiya (Githunguri) said the replacement commissioners is of no consequence because voters are the one who will make the final decision. They said the Jubilee Alliance party is now the choice of the majority of Kenyans "as indicated by the current exodus from the opposition after realizing the willingness of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto to unite Kenyans and break tribal barriers."
