Kim Kardashian West is seeking to stop the execution of a Texas man who was sentenced to death for his involvement in the 1999 murders of two youth ministers. Without it, on December 12th Brandon Bernard is going to be executed for a crime he participated in as a teenager.' If the judge doesn't order a stay of execution, Bernard will die by lethal injection at a federal prison complex in Terre Haute, Indiana, on December 10, according to prison records. In her first tweet she incorrectly stated the date of Bernard's execution as December 12. Gary McClung, one of the four jurors who supports reducing the sentence, said he feels the death penalty was misused in Bernard's case.
