PETALING JAYA: It is not wrong for newly-minted ministers to expose the wrongdoings of the previous administration, says DAP adviser Lim Kit Siang (pic). “As a matter of principle, I think we should bring to the public's attention all the wrongs, scandals and corrupt practices of the past,” he added. Kit Siang said that ministers who are aware of past wrongs should expose them to avoid being questioned later about why they failed to do so. “If they don’t expose past wrongs, they will be grilled later by the Opposition and blamed as though they were responsible for it,” he added. Kit Siang however stressed that his response to the question was a general one and not specifically on the 1MDB exposès by the Finance Minister.
