The opportunity to pick candidates for county, state and national office is a big deal. Some of the candidates don’t have opponents in the fall, so voting now is important. There are so many fringe candidates in some races, it’s not worth the effort to choose. My vote never seems to make a difference in most races, so I’ll be sitting it out. It’s a little too soon to make a decision; I need to research the candidates first.
