(CNN) A civil rights lawsuit was filed this week against suspected shooter Kyle Rittenhouse , Facebook and self-styled militia groups the "Kenosha Guard" and "Boogaloo Bois," after two people were killed and a third was seriously wounded during an August protest in Kenosha, Wisconsin, over the police shooting of Jacob Blake . The plaintiffs allege militia groups "collaborated, planned, orchestrated" an assault on protesters August 25. A Facebook spokesman said, "We removed the shooter's Facebook and Instagram account and took action against organizations and content related to Kenosha. The lawsuit includes screenshots of social media posts that help create a timeline of what happened in Kenosha, plaintiffs' attorney Jason Flores-Williams told CNN. The lawsuit alleges Rittenhouse "shot and killed two protesters" under the "tactical supervision of Defendant Balch."
