(AP Photo/Michael Conroy)INDIANAPOLIS – When Kyle Shanahan joined his father, Mike Shanahan, in Washington in 2010 to serve as the Redskins’ offensive coordinator, he was viewed as a fast-rising coaching talent and an eventual NFL head coaching candidate. Seven years later – four of which were spent in Washington – Shanahan is the new head coach of the San Francisco 49ers and in the process of constructing his first roster. And, as head coach, Shanahan will be subjected to greater scrutiny. I don’t feel like it’s necessarily my first time being a head coach after going through everything in Washington.
