Monrovia – The Liberia Football Association (LFA) on Tuesday, April 7, officially concluded a CAF ‘D’ Diploma Coaching Course aimed at empowering former national team players and aspiring grassroots coaches. The CAF ‘D’ Diploma serves as an entry-level certification, equipping beginner coaches with the fundamental technical, tactical, and managerial skills necessary to mold young talent. The ‘D’ License is like a high school diploma, while the Pro License is your PhD. The CAF Coaching PyramidCAF ‘D’ License (Foundational)Entry Level which focus on Grassroots and children (ages 6–12). Coaches learn to move from “play” to “instruction.” It covers basic physiology, anatomy, and the fundamentals of coaching team tactics rather than just individual skills.
