Several police departments across D.C., Maryland and Virginia are participating in National Night Out on Tuesday, August 2. National Night Out is now in its 38th year. "National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live.
