The New York Times‘ recent admission that they “relied too heavily on claims by Hamas” in regards to the Gaza hospital bombing is telling. Worse, however, is the effect our media is having on social cohesion, leading to a fragmentation of society. This is contributing to a reality where the left and right are living in increasingly distant universes where common ground is exceedingly hard to find.
