LPA spotted off Calapan, Oriental MindoroA low pressure area (LPA) was spotted off the coast of Calapan, Oriental Mindoro on Monday Afternoon, reported Panahon TV. According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the LPA is not likely to develop into a tropical cyclone. Meanwhile, the LPA in Aurora has weakened and has become part of a cloud cluster.
