It started three weeks ago, shortly after it was announced that LSU and UCF would be playing each other. Smith played on the UCF team a year ago that beat Auburn in the Peach Bowl. I think UCF is a good team, but I think both have some things to prove. He, like Smith, played on a UCF team that beat an SEC team in a bowl game. People don't understands how big a bowl win is as far as carrying over into the next year.
