Despite Uber's appeal, the LTFRB maintains, the suspension order remains in effect. LTFRB Chairperson Martin Delgra says, Uber drivers are still prohibited from plying the roads since the board has not convened to discuss the transport company's MR. The board further explains, an order remains executory until the reason for the directive becomes moot and academic or when the ruling has been reconsidered. LTFRB Board Member and Spokesperson Aileen Lizada warns, Uber drivers who will serve commuters on Tuesday will be arrested. She claims, about 200 operatives from the LTFRB, Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA), Land Transportation Office (LTO) and the Philippine National Police - Highway Patrol Group (PNP-HPG) have been deployed to enforce the apprehensions.
