The Lawyers for Commuters Safety and Protection (LCSP) and other UV Express drivers and operators group suggested on Tuesday the designation of loading and unloading points in between the origin and destination of the UV Express service routes instead of implementing a point-to-point policy. 2019-025, amending a 2009 memo to cancel or abolish the two kilometer radius from end points of UV Express Service which most drivers failed to comply with. Martin Delgra III also reiterated that the latest order was in line with the original policy of the UV Express service. “In the franchise issued to UV Express operators, it is stated that its mode of service is terminal-to-terminal and the terminals are the endpoints,” he explained.
