I first hiked Piper Mountain with my wife Nancy several years ago. I for one want to continue hiking Piper Ridge to experience the wonders of nature. In order to procure the land on Piper Mountain the Gilford Conservation Commission and the Lakes Region Conservation Trust need to raise an additional $120,000 by January 17, 2017. Checks may be made out to the Town of Gilford Conservation Fund, with "Piper Mountain" as a notation in the memo section.
