LeadingAge PA is excited to award $98,000 to members through workforce grants this year. The Association is committed to supporting its members’ efforts to attract and retain quality employees, while introducing potential staff to the many rewards a career in senior services offers. “We are proud to help our members shape the future of aging services through workforce grants that support the professional development of future employees and seasoned leaders alike,” said LeadingAge PA President and CEO, Adam Marles. The Administrator-in-Training (AIT) Grant is awarded to one LeadingAge PA member community to employ an AIT during their training period. LeadingAge PA is pleased to award Beaumont at Bryn Mawr the $50,000 Administrator-in-Training Grant for 2021-2022!
